Removing a Team

If you wish to remove a team within a Workspace, you can remove it from the team directory. You can delete the team completely or reassign team members to another team within the Workspace. 

To remove a team from a Workspace:


  1. Select the team that you wish to remove in the team directory




  2. Click Delete team in the action bar




  3. Select whether you would like to remove the team members in this team from the workspace or reassign them to another team




  4. Select the existing team you want to reassign team members to




  5. Click Confirm to save changes




  6. You will see the banner notification confirming that the team has been deleted. The team will no longer be visible in the team directory.


     


Once a team is removed, it cannot be undone. Any tickets or events that the team was assigned in the Workspace be will left blank. Alternatively, you can 
remove one or two members from a team or change the team name
 instead of deleting the team entirely.
