Our help centre staff respond to all support tickets within 12 hours unless an SLA is in place with your company. In such cases, support will be provided in accordance with the agreed-upon timeframe.
Customers with a Premium Support package can seek immediate assistance for critical issues by contacting their company admins, who have direct access to phone support.
