Checking the status of a support ticket

If you've submitted a support ticket for assistance, you may be wondering about its status and when you can expect a resolution. 



To check the status of a logged ticket:

  1. Click on the Ticket URL provided to you in your ticket submission confirmation email, OR


    2. Log in to the Cudo Help Centre and click View all tickets


Tip: You can filter tickets by status or sort by date created.
