Cudo Workspaces are designed to manage the work of a specific team within your organization or facilitate various functional groups by forming teams within a given Workspace. Workspaces include features that help teams share information, deliver effective services and streamline their workflows.
To use a Workspace, individuals must have a Cudo account and then be added to the Workspace by an Administrator or Workspace lead.
Workspace members can be limited to people from your own organisation or include people from external partner agencies and organisations. With granular permissions, you can lock down access to sensitive or confidential data to authorised individuals only.
Depending on your subscription level, you can use Cudo to run multiple programs or deliver multiple services, you can set up a Workspace for each service line. This makes reporting easy and helps keep Workspace data restricted to only those with access. If your organisation’s account has this feature enabled, Administrators and Workspace leads will see the + button. Click this button to create a new workspace.
