System administrators and Workspace leads can remove a Cudo member from a Workspace at any time. If a user is removed from a Workspace, they will no longer be able to access or view records in that Workspace. All of the team member’s previous actions and notes will remain in Cudo. The user will continue to have access to Kudo but will only have access to Workspaces they have an active membership in.
To remove a member from a Workspace:
Select the member that you wish to remove from the Workspace
Select Remove access to workspace in the action bar
Confirm that you wish to remove access to Workspace for this user
Note: This cannot be undoneOnce the user has been removed from the Workspace you will see the banner notification confirming the user has been removed. The user will no longer be able to view or access the Workspace.
Note: Members who have been removed from a Workspace are still able to log in to Cudo and will still be visible in the access management directory. Users can be assigned to a new Workspace and assigned new roles as necessary.
If you wish to completely revoke a user’s access from Cudo, you can do so via the access management directory.
