Submitting a support request

The Cudo Help Centre contains a range of training resources and knowledge articles that can assist you with troubleshooting issues or understanding how features work. If you’re unable to find information you are looking for, raise a support ticket and we will help you.  



To submit a support request: 


  1. Click Submit a ticket

  2. Complete the ticket details: RequesterSubject, request TypeDescription, and Reference Number, if applicable.

  3. Add any relevant attachments
     

  4. Validate the reCAPTCHA

  5. Click Submit
