If you have been sent an email link to reset your password and it isn’t working, it may have expired. You can regenerate the link and try again by selecting Forgot your password? on Cudo Login page. Links expire after one hour and are for one time use only.
Troubleshooting tips:
Use the most recent link: If you've requested multiple password reset emails, make sure you're using the most recent one. Each new request will generate a unique link
Click the link directly: Avoid copying and pasting it, as this may introduce extra characters or spaces.
Clear cache and cookies: Clear your browser's cache and cookies to ensure that it's not holding onto old data that may be interfering with the link.
Check email security settings: Some email services may classify password reset emails as spam or block the links.
Contact your administrator: ensure your account information is correct and in active standing.
