Unable to view or access some client information

Your Cudo access permissions are configured and managed by your system administrator. Your assigned role determines what information you can view or access in Cudo. If you need to modify your access, please reach out to them for assistance.

Five access roles are available, each one providing different levels of access to your organisation's Cudo data and features: 

  • Guest
  • Member
  • Workspace Lead
  • Administrator
  • Other
