Editing or updating profile

When you are invited to Kudo only your email address has been provided by your organisation’s system admin. You can help your colleagues and any Kudo collaborators know more about you by completing your profile. As you fill out your profile, don't forget to upload a profile photo. Your photo makes it easier for others to quickly see who is assigned to tasks, is invited to a meeting etc. 

You can add the following information to your profile:

• Full name 

• Email

• Title

• Pronouns

• Name pronunciation

• Phone number

• Office location

Here’s how you edit your profile:

1. Click on the avatar with your initials in the top right corner of Kudo
2. Click Edit profile
3. Complete or update your profile
