When logging into Cudo ensure you use the same credentials as when you set up your Cudo account. If you created your account using SSO (Single Sign On), you will use your Microsoft credentials to log in.
- Open your preferred web browser. We recommend Chrome for the best experience
- Visit the login page: www.genvis.com
- Select Continue with Microsoft
- Enter your Microsoft login credentials
- Click Next
- If on a trusted device, you may select Stay signed in to reduce the number of times you are asked to sign in
Note: If Genvis Terms of Service have been updated since your last log in, you will be asked to review and agree to the updated terms to access your account.
Troubleshooting tips:
- If you forget your Microsoft credentials, look for the Can't access your account? link on the Microsoft Sign in page. Follow the instructions to recover your account information.
- Clear browser cache and cookies, as cached credentials may lead to authentication issues.
- If you cannot access your Cudo account via SSO, please submit a ticket to resolve this issue.
