When logging into Cudo ensure you use the same credentials as when you set up your Cudo account. If you created your account by providing an email and password follow the steps below to access your account:
Open your preferred web browser. We recommend Chrome for the best experience.
Visit the login page: www.genvis.com
Enter your login credentials. This will be the email and password you used to activate your account.
Click Log in
Note: If Multi-Factor Authentication is enabled on your account, you will receive an email with a verification code. Return to the login page and enter the code provided
Note: If the Genvis Terms of Service have been updated since your last log in, you will be asked to review and agree to the updated terms to access your account.
Common troubleshooting tips:
If you forget your password, look for the “Forgot your password?" link on the log in page. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
Double-check that your Caps Lock key isn't accidentally engaged. Passwords are case-sensitive.
After several failed log in attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for security reasons. You may try again after 10 minutes. If you fail a further three attempts your account will be locked. Submit a ticket to resolve this issue.
