Creating your Cudo account using email

To activate your Cudo account using your email and a password follow these steps:

1. Open your Cudo invitation email
   
   
2. Click the Activate my account link
   Note: The invitation link will expire after 5 days
   
   
   
   
3. You will be directed to the Cudo Create Account screen. Click the Create a Cudo account button

   
   
   

   
   
   
4. Enter your Email address, First name, Last name and Mobile phone number 
   
   
5. Agree to the Genvis Privacy Policy and Terms by clicking the checkbox
   
   
6. Click Next
   
   
7. Enter your chosen password, and re-enter your password to confirm
   
   
8. Click Save password
   
   
9. If Multi-Factor Authentication is enabled, you will receive an SMS with a verification code
   1. Enter the code and click Submit

Congratulations, you are now logged in to Cudo! The next time you access your account, you will enter your email address and password directly on the log in page. 

Note: If you have not received an account activation email, make sure to check your spam and junk folder. If you cannot find it or the link is no longer active, please contact your organisation's administrator.
