What is a Workspace?

A Cudo Workspace is your ultimate collaboration hub. Use it to manage the work of a single team within your organisation, or amplify your impact by creating teams within the Workspace to cater to various functional groups. Designed to help people deliver public safety, Workspaces include features that help teams share information, deliver effective services and streamline their workflows – no matter where they are located.

To use a Workspace, individuals must have a Cudo account and then be added to the Workspace by a Workspace Lead, Admin, or Owner.

Workspace members can be limited to people from your own organisation or include people from external partner agencies and organisations. With granular permissions, you can lock down access to sensitive or confidential data to authorised individuals only.

For larger organisations using Cudo to run multiple programs or deliver multiple services, you can set up a workspace for each service line. This makes reporting easy and helps keep workspace data restricted to only those with access. If your organisation’s account has this feature enabled, Admins and Owners will see the + button. Click this button to create a new workspace.
