Genvis is deeply committed to safeguarding your data. Here's a brief overview of how we ensure the safety and security of your data:
Data Hosting & Storage: Cudo is hosted on Amazon AWS servers, a reliable hosting partner that sees optimal uptime and data security for all our customers and ticket data. Our servers are hosted in world-class AWS data centres within your country of operation. These servers are protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance.
Encryption: All Cudo and Cudo companion apps include SSL encryption to keep your data safe. All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256-bit standards, with the keys being managed using AWS Key Management Service. All data in transit is encrypted. Genvis supports only TLS 1.2, and lower versions are deprecated.
Access Control: Not just anyone at Genvis can access your organisation’s data. Genvis employs strict access controls that limit data access to authorised personnel with specific responsibilities.
Cudo is built on multi-tenant cloud architecture, and every customer's data is logically segregated with a unique tenant ID so that one customer cannot access another customer's data.
Cudo has a built-in authentication module that allows customers to define user names and assign access roles. Users can be authenticated using the authentication module or via the customer’s SSO.
Commitment to Compliance: We adhere to data protection regulations, including SOC2, ensuring transparency in our data practices and underscoring our commitment to compliance. Additionally, Genvis has a number of security and privacy policies, including risk management and incident response processes that are available to all of our customers upon request.
Security Audits: Regular third-party security audits identify and address potential vulnerabilities proactively.
Continuous Improvement: We regularly update our data protection practices and standards as a company and invest heavily in ongoing research and development to stay ahead of evolving security threats.
