Cudo supports Enterprise customers with global teams by providing the flexibility to select the region for storing specific data types, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and privacy acts. For customers on Lite or Pro accounts and with no legal requirement to store data in a particular country, the following regions are used:
1. Sydney, Australia for Asia Pacific customers
2. Montreal, Canada for North American customers
3. London, United Kingdom for UK and EU customers

Data stored in the selected data region
The following categories of customer data will be stored in a data centre within the customer’s selected region:
Entity records (including all properties and information stored against the record)
Notes
Tickets
Communications (including email, sms and inbox messages)
Files (e.g. images, docs, etc.) uploaded to Cudo
Events and meetings information
Search index of customer data
Audit logs
App- or bot-generated messages and files
Any data collected by an app deployed to Cudo's managed infrastructure, as well as the app's datastores, developer secrets and logs
Data stored outside the data region
The following categories of data may be processed and stored in regions outside the customer’s data region:
Cudo member profiles
Account, workspace and record membership information
Data used to measure seat count, usage and revenue
Data used for analytics and to measure quality of service, e.g. sanitised logs
IDs generated by Cudo on behalf of the customer
