We regularly release updates to Cudo which are broken into two main categories:
1. Service Releases: These comprise software and regulatory fixes, as well as small enhancements. They occur via weekly service updates or more frequently if remediating a security or performance issue. These releases are automatic and while they enhance system performance, they will not affect your workflows and will largely go unnoticed.
2. Feature Releases: Genvis regularly delivers new features designed to provide greater value to our customers so that they, in turn, deliver greater outcomes to the public they serve. Our internal feature release schedule is generally monthly. Customers on Enterprise Accounts can use feature toggling to navigate their own change management timing requirements.
Some of the new features are made available at an additional cost. Where this is the case, work with your Genvis account manager to upgrade your Cudo account.
