If you are using Microsoft SSO to create a new Cudo account or log in to your Cudo account, you may get stuck on a 'Redirecting' screen. This could be caused by cached information in your browser. The cache is the portion of your hard drive dedicated to storing files that your browser thinks it may use again. You may need to periodically clear your cache to maximise performance, maintain security and fix browsing errors.
In any browser, including Google Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Mozilla Firefox, you can quickly clear your cache with a keyboard shortcut:
- While using your browser, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete or Command+Shift+Delete
- Click the Time Range dropdown and select All time
- Click the Advanced tab and select all checkboxes
- Select Clear data
- Close and restart your browser
Note: This procedure will delete all cached files including saved passwords and autofill information.
